Job Description

As a Technical Program Lead, you'll act as a crucial link between teams, clients, and technology, driving project success while ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading and managing complex technical projects: defining challenges, setting priorities, coordinating workstreams, and managing resources.
• Serving as the primary liaison between clients, project teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Creating and delivering compelling client presentations.
• Collaborating closely with clients to ensure that our solutions provide sustainable and measurable value.
• Making strategic decisions that support clients' long-term goals. As you progress within the organization (Startup/Consulting), you'll have the chance to take on more responsibility, with the potential to grow into a partner role.

Requisitos

• Degree in a technical/STEM field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in project/program management, ideally in technical or consulting settings.
• Fluency in German (required); fluency in English is a plus.
• Strong client management abilities.
• Technical proficiency to engage effectively with software engineers and data scientists. - Familiarity with tools like Git, Python, and Azure is advantageous.
• Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset.
