Our team comprises individuals with diverse backgrounds, ranging from recent graduates in Computer Science, Physics, and Mathematics to seasoned developers with over a decade of experience.

This approach empowers everyone to take ownership of their work. At our company, there are no rigid deadlines or scheduled meetings. Features are released when you are confident that the best possible solution has been implemented. Meetings are held as necessary, with only relevant stakeholders attending.

We welcome ideas, suggestions, and critiques from anyone in the hierarchy at any process stage, even if it requires significant code changes to improve things. We have contributed to various scientific articles on artificial intelligence and computer graphics and encourage our team members to do the same.

We support conference attendance and maintain close ties with universities and research institutes in the U.S. and Germany. If relocation to Berlin is necessary, we will assist you in every possible way, including helping you obtain a work permit.

Requisitos

• A background in C++ through university education or work experience, paired with a fresh and inventive problem-solving approach, would be an ideal fit for this role. We value talent at all levels, whether you're a student, a recent graduate, or a seasoned C++ expert. Thus, our recruitment process focuses on skills and involves tasks relevant to the role.
• In this role, you will primarily work autonomously, taking charge of all tasks and implementing new features.
• It's crucial to approach problems from the user's perspective and discuss abstract concepts with fellow developers.
• Each Developer is expected to handle architecture, design, implementation, customer feedback, and bug fixing independently rather than dividing these responsibilities among multiple individuals.
• Effective communication in English is essential, and while knowledge of German is not required, we offer and cover the costs of German lessons if desired.
